شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall strategy, vision, and growth roadmap for the FinTech business line, aligned with the company’s broader strategic objectives.
  • Own the business line’s end-to-end performance, including revenue, profitability, cost structure, growth, and key business KPIs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead the development and optimization of the business model, balancing growth, customer value, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and other functions to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners, financial institutions, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, manage risks, and maintain a strong competitive position.
Requirements:

  • +6 years of experience in FinTech, financial services, digital payments, e-commerce, technology, or related industries, with significant experience in business leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling a business line, product portfolio, or large-scale commercial operation with end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and technology-enabled financial services, with the ability to quickly understand complex business models and market dynamics.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, costs, and business performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into clear business decisions and actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across an organization.
  • Strong understanding of product and technology-driven businesses, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
