Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Lead the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
• Ability to Designing a variety of Hiring Process Functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and managers.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage HR documentation and processes accurately.
• Problem-solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
