Providing excellent customer service to address any issues or concerns and ensure vendor satisfaction.
Detecting vendors who have churned, negotiate with them to solve any issues that caused them to leave the platform and encourage them to return.
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and service verticals, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
Renegotiating and reviewing contracts with vendors who need to make changes to their agreements to become reactive on the platform.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools (Google Sheets and Google
Docs)Strong follow-up skills with the ability to proactively track and manage multiple tasks and projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors and team members
