Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of various data sets, including sales, customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing initiatives, products, and partnerships to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
Research and analyze the food delivery market landscape, including competitors' strategies, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify potential business opportunities and areas of growth.
Develop accurate and insightful forecasts and projections to guide business development strategies and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the business development team to develop actionable strategies for market expansion, new product launches, and partnerships.
Provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders based on data analysis and research findings.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of business development initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Requirements:

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Experience in project management and strategic planning is a plus.
Familiarity with the Snapp Food platform and the local food delivery market is advantageous.
