Job description

We are looking for an HR Operations Lead who can help us in planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating work activities of the operation team and human resources relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
• Planning and monitoring personnel contracts updates
• Planning, monitoring, and negotiating bargaining agreements and helping interpret labor contracts
• Monitoring and supervising updates of the statistics and personnel information bank
• Supervision of matters related to social security insurance, and supplementary insurance
• Planning and improving the service process of the operation team
• Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Administering compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
• Studying legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends
• Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices
• Providing analytical and specialized reports

Requirements:
• Mastery of all types of personnel contracts
• Mastery of labor and social security laws
• Mastery in preparing and compiling regulations and instructions
• Mastering the provision of all personnel welfare matters
• Fluent in Office software (such as Excel, Word, etc)
• Mastery of Hamkaran System
• Ability to manage and coordinate affairs
• Flexible and the ability to face new challenges
