شرح موقعیت شغلی

The associate product manager is an entry-level Product Management (PM) role that serves the same function as PMs for their given product group with an expectation that you are ready to independently own the full PM responsibilities within a maximum of 12 months. Similar to the Product Manager, the Associate PM is responsible and passionate about building successful and functioning products that customers love. The major difference between APM and PM is that APM is more focused on learning and gaining experience working alongside experienced PMs and mainly assisting product managers on analysis, documentation, and research.

Responsibilities:

Suggesting product enhancements to improve user experience and deliver value to business and users
Coordinating with all squad members expedite delivering functional solutions
Assisting product managers in prioritizing product features, bug fixes, and other projects
Assist in creating product documents
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Monitor and report on users’ reactions after shipping a feature on production and suggest improvements to product managers
Collaborate on conducting user and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Performing quality assurance controls on products
Prepare and organize feature/ project status and report status, risks, and delays to product managers and key stakeholders.

Qualification:

1+ years of working experience
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage
Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behavior
Solid verbal and written communications skills
Must have a "can-do" attitude – the desire to go above and beyond in all you do
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
