شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are hiring 2 managing directors for sweet and protein Verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for management & development of Sweet/Fruit/Protein business line in Snappfood platform, including effective management of all related tasks for development of current or new markets, Direct and control the service operations, build long term and trusting relationships with business partners, managing team and resources, giving strategic guidance and direction to ensure the Company achieves it's visions and objectives.

Job Description:

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual plans by using the OKR & KPI tool
Managing the resources, including recruitment, onboarding and training of executives
Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners
Regular reporting regarding assigned projects and plan achievements
Analyze market conditions and evaluate market needs and demands to suggest new business opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering/ MBA or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in internet industry
Familiarity with product development, business finance, marketing performance
Strong analytical skills (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
