شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a scrum master, you should oversee and guide scrum teams. Ensure that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.
Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
Coaching team members in Agile frameworks and higher scrum maturity
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
Coaching the organization on the transition to a scrum working framework.
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
The coaching team in Agile estimation techniques makes appropriate and realistic commitments
Helping to Create the product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-defined backlog
Collaborate in managing dependencies between our team and other scrum teams

Qualifications:

an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-centric environment
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies & techniques specifically scrum and kanban
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
A degree in computer science, engineering, or similar fields is a plus
Having Experience with the OKR framework is a plus
