Job Overview

You will join a growing team responsible for building a secure infrastructure that supports the technical and product teams. With your background in security, you will support hardening the infrastructure from design to launch and you will identify and implement the dashboards, alerts, and correlation rules on the SIEM tool that is needed for detecting and preventing security incidents and auditing the access control.

Responsibilities

Provision of the hardening checklists and security best practices and customize based on the infrastructure of the company
Create alerts, dashboards, and correlation rules to detect the security incidents
Evaluate and assess the security event and incident detection and response metrics
Assist in developing the incident response strategy, as well as identifying visibility and detection gaps and developing use cases and response processes to close these gaps
Engage in the Incident Response Lifecycle to mitigate, circumvent, and prevent attacker objectives
Document relevant incident information into the case management system
Assist in the development of metrics data to help provide visibility into the security posture of the company

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in the field of information security or IT infrastructure
Experience in any of the fields of SIEM, Log and Event Management, Hardening of Infrastructure, Resolving IT-Security Incidents
Technical knowledge in the areas of application, operating system, and network security such as virtualization, container, and DevOps
Technical knowledge in the creation of information security and emergency concepts, security guidelines, documents, and standards such as NIST 800-61 and CIS Benchmark
Strong interest in IT-Security related trends and aim to continuously improve yourself and your work
