Responsibilities:
• Assessing customer support needs
• Working directly with operations manager
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Lead the implementation of project and it is timeline
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to operations manager
