Responsibilities:

Designing, executing and cooperation in monthly content calendars for Instagram, Twitter and telegram under social media manager supervision.
Work closely with digital agency to fulfill social media engagement and reach programs.
Plan, schedule, post, edit, and optimize contents of all earned, owned and paid social channels
Stay abreast of social media trends, identify impact to and make recommendations for social media strategies and tactics.
Content generation based on brand identity, image, positioning, and tone of voice
Designing and executing content calendar, Creating content bucket and defining new categories
Designing and executing social campaigns along with reporting
Designing and executing follower acquisition campaigns along with reporting
Responding to users' interactions on social media regularly analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of social media campaigns and activities.
Continuously improve the performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and plan engagement and maintenance program accordingly.
Maintain a good cooperation and coordination with other related teams including but not limited to Graphic, Video Marketing and outsourced team for different reason on social media management such as designing and executing social ads

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Experienced in preparing social media strategy and content calendar.
Experienced in executing UGC campaigns
Experienced in Influencer Marketing Campaigns
