Handle accurately and timely the minutes of meetings for Cross Functional meetings and Forums.
Cross-examine documents for manager’s review to ensure quality control and compliance to Snappfood policies.
Consolidate monthly activity reports from the different units for Manager’s review.
Prepare & consolidate Manager’s presentations and performs quality control checks to ensure proper information alignment, formatting and elimination of errors.
Ensure full support to confidential subjects and matters; professionally manage sensitive matters and information regarding specific issues within the department.
Create, maintain, update and monitor required reports and support Manager to analyze data for making decision in different subjects.
Design and execute action plan in order to achieve business OKR
Communication and follow up business actions with business units and executives through the enterprise
Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
Perform extra tasks work related when required and instructed by Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Management and IT or related field
MBA is a Plus
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in Executive support for a top management personnel of a reputable company
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on data
Being highly organized both in documentation and follow up
Good planning and organizational skills
The aptitude to use a variety of computer systems, including excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
