Developing and implementing processes, procedures, and policies to improve data gathering, analysis, and competitive intelligence dissemination
Monitoring competitor activity and keeping abreast of industry news and developments
Providing actionable insights and differentiators on key competitors
Own and respond to SnappFood competitive intelligence online community
Managing Conduct interviews with internal and external sources to understand better competitors' products, go-to-market strategy, and win/loss results.
Identifying and highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities for current and future business, recommend mitigation strategies and differentiation opportunities
Preparing reports and presentations to share findings with internal stakeholders, including executive management
Prioritizing, managing, and completing multiple business tasks to kill the competition in an accurate and timely fashion
Requirements:
At least a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Management, or other fields from the country's leading universities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or role with transferable skills
Experience with project management and collaboration skills across functional groups is a plus.
Familiarity with E-Business competitive intelligence data sources and vendor management.
