شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborating with the business development team to develop operational plans aligned with the
    overall business strategy. Set objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish
    timelines for the team's activities.
  •  Leading and managing a team of business development professionals. Provide guidance, coaching,
    and mentorship to ensure the team's performance is optimized. Delegate tasks and projects
    effectively, balancing workload and expertise within the team.
  •  Assisting the operation team in identifying new opportunities, evaluating potential partnerships, and
    developing sales strategies. Collaborating with internal departments, such as marketing, growth and
    strategy, to align efforts and maximize business growth.
  • Monitoring and analyzing shopper key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates,
    and customer acquisition costs. Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management
    team regarding the team's performance and areas of improvement.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conducting
    research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, potential customers, and emerging trends
    that can enhance the company's competitive advantage.
  • Identifying training needs within the business development team and coordinating training programs
    to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay abreast of industry best practices and share relevant
    insights with the team.
  • Utilizing existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly identify and solve any shopper,
    customer, or retailer issues
