Cooperate with the team manager in designing workflows, documenting team processes and policies, and defining relevant and effective KPIs.
Monitor Performance KPIs of VIP Vendors and suggest solutions to improve them.
Maintain and improve Incubation and Training process for VIP Vendors.
Manage and provide guidance and leadership to all VIP agents.
Give ongoing feedback to VIP Training Agents aiming to improve their negotiations with VIP Vendors and provide exceptional services to these vendors
Monitor agents' attendance and manage all things related to agents, like ensuring they have access to all their required equipment.
Evaluate performance of VIP Training Agents monthly against determined KPIs and specify improvement areas
Calculate bonus according to KPIs per agent monthly and confirm agent bonus monthly.
Plan and provide needed training to new agents as well as other agents based on the performance review result.
Prepare team reports and present them to stakeholders monthly
Requirements:
At least bachelor in MBA,Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related fields
Candidates in MBA and Industrial Engineering are preferred
Min 3 Years in B2B Sales field and Training experience
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
People management experience
Strong negotiation knowledge and ability (Specially B2B Negotiation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familier with Google tools
Deep knowledge and understanding of training field
Good at customer service area
Having knowledge and skill in project management
Familiar with Sales and Marketing
Familiar with English
