Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of Content Reviewers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed and making decisions about hiring and calculation headcount, evaluating, scheduling/work assignments, work procedures, resolving conflicts and training. ● Collaborating with the SnappFood management team to develop and implement best practices and quality assurance measures. ● Participating in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions. ● Managing data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets. ● Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols. ● monitoring the efficiency of a department and applying methods to improve processes, such as vendor support services & vendor registration and data analysis procedures. ● Monitoring and reporting on department performance ,delegating tasks, aiming to boost. performance to facilitate company growth and oversee efficiency of operational processes. ● keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) across different functions, including product, vendor care and finance. ● Maintain a high level of communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization,and Reporting and presentation, monitoring progress through reports, drafting detailed documents and presenting them in a clear and easy-to-understand form. ● Researching methods to improve operations and reduce costs, and Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to vendor content management.
Requirements: ● Reporting skills and drafting detailed documents and presenting them in a clear and easy-to-understand. ● Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills. ● Proficiency in using content management systems and tools. ● Familiarity with product content, product categories and collections (dynamically and statically) is considered an advantage. Familiarity with the SnappFood platform and its features is a plus.
