شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role and Responsibilities

Report internal or external bugs and errors to relevant people and teams ·
Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly ·
Help vendors to integrate using our API sets ·
Provide explanations to third parties using documents and meetings on our API set
Test and review API sets to ensure all third-party vendors’ requirements are met and working correctly.
Collaborate with all involved teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly ·
Support other ventures and companies (like kitchen and supply) with their product, tech, and integration issues.
Provide reports, feedback, and suggestions to the team manager

Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
At least 1 year of experience in Product Support or the same positions.

Knowledge and ability

Familiar with Jira
Familiar with APIs and experienced using API test tools like postman etc.
Familiar with databases and SQL queries
