response.

Job Description:

Implement Designed Processes by the business process team on Jira and other existing systems and platforms·
Support issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved·
Follow up daily requests from other teams to guide or fix the problems·
Training other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly.
Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges and trade-offs to business units .

Requirements:

Familiarity whit business processes, operations, models and structure
Enough working English knowledge for understand English sources
Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc.)
The ability to use Jira and other business process modeling platforms is a plus
The ability to use Power BI is a plus
Familiar with JQL programming is a Plus
Familiar with Java/Groovy programming languages
Having Experience of work with Jira and JQL is an advantage. ·
Work experience in E-commerce organization is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/ System or other related disciplines
