Job Description
• Planning and implementing improvements to operational processes, by reducing cycle times or increasing productivity rates and etc.
• Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures based on best practices from industry leaders
• Conducting analysis of operations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Reviewing performance metrics to identify trends that may indicate a need for change in operations
• Devising new strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, or problems that may indicate opportunities for improvement
• Working with management to develop action plans for addressing issues identified in operational analysis
• Educating employees about changes to processes to ensure that they are implemented effectively
• Recommending new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work with operation manager to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that is aligned with the services ’s objectives
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and success of operational excellence initiatives
• execute operational projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on the status of operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in operational excellence and share with team members
• Serve as a role model for continuous improvement and positive change
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Familiarity with project management principles and application including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and evaluate priorities.
• Must possess the ability to function as a change management agent with a strong ability to lead, challenge and positively influence in an interactive team environment while fostering a continuous Improvement culture.
• Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results
• Ability to define problem areas, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
