Providing new vendors with guidance on how to add new products, upload photos for their products, and improve their menus by including essential items based on their service.
Monitoring the performance parameters of newly added vendors and providing them with training to improve their performance in accordance with the relevant SLAs.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication to achieve the best outcomes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Google Drive tools (Google Sheets and Google Docs
Experience:
At least 1 year experience in account management, customer care or similar positions.
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Education:
At least Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Engineering, Management, or other related fields
