● Collecting, analyzing and interpreting Contact Center data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategies and decisions. ● Developing and maintaining Contact Center analytics dashboards and reports. ● Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline Contact Center data collection, reporting, and analysis processes. ● Conducting statistical analysis and data modeling to identify and analyze patterns and trends in Contact Center data, such as turnover rates, workforce demographics, performance metrics, and other key Contact Center metrics. ● Collaborating with Contact Center business partners and other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as IT and finance, to integrate Contact Center data with other business data sources and systems to identify data needs, define data requirements, and develop data collection and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. ● Provide Contact Center data-driven insights and recommendations to support Contact Center policies, programs, and initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation analysis. ● Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Contact Center analytics, data management, and technology to continuously enhance Contact Center data analytics capabilities.
Education:
● At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering and technology or data scientist. ● A Master's degree or MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus.
Experience:
● At least 1 year of experience in the Data Analysis of an operations-related role is a plus.
Requirements:
● Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting purposes. ● Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis tasks. ● Familiarity with SQL queries for querying and extracting data from databases. ● Basic understanding of database concepts and principles for data management and analysis. ● Excellent English language skills.
