شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

To develop marketing communication briefs for external suppliers or agencies
Responsible for managing and producing all offline material productions until completion,and distribution of all organization publications.
Processing and following up invoices from suppliers.
To assist the team with the management of suppliers and agencies relationships and performance.
To review competitors activities including offline marketing material products
Keep up to date on marketing innovations and opportunities and report these to the team.
Generate creative and applicable ideas to achieve offline marketing goals.
Responsible for supporting offline events from idea through execution and monitoring,
helping to ensure all timelines are met(Vendors' and suppliers' communication).
Responsible for getting offers from exhibitors, print houses and billboard suppliers.
Create a database of suppliers and ensure the accuracy of this database of professional contacts.
Research and propose creative ideas for campaigns through offline marketing channels

Job Requirements:

PC Literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Offline Marketing Processes
Good knowledge of marketing
Having a high level of proficiency in commercial & business
Familiar with project management tools
