Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Create and post job advertisements, both internally and externally. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and industry networks to source candidates. • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the contact center environment. • Coordinate and conduct interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within Snappfood contact center. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and information throughout the recruitment process. • Work closely with hiring managers, HRBP, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts with overall department goals. • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the contact center environment. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred. • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field is beneficial, familiarity with Snappfood and contact center dynamics is a plus. While the role is for a junior position, any relevant internships or entry-level experience can be valuable. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members. • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, especially in the ecommerce industry, is crucial. • Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is essential for managing candidate data, compliance, and ensuring a high-quality recruitment process. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Snappfood and contact center dynamics is a plus.
