شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Initiate and lead project plans and stakeholder management .
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedule/ timeline for each project.
Determine and define project scope, objectives and KPIs.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and KPIs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner .
Control, track, Measure, update and report on project's performance, objectives and KPIs, adjustments, and progress on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
Execute management ideas/plans and constantly updating the management on these projects .
Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables with involved departments and Coordinate with them to identify and monitor issues & bottlenecks, impacts and dependencies
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Promote continuous improvement by conducting, documenting, and communicating lessons learned

Requirements:

Demonstrated Planning, Monitoring, and Reporting knowledge and skills
Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Solid organizational knowledge including organizational structures, processes, procedures …
Exceptional English skills
Excellent analytical skills
