Organizing, Planning, Prioritizing, and monitoring to meet goals effectively and efficiently
Attend the cross-functional and board team meetings as the sales representative and negotiate to attract the team's required resource
Follow up to create detailed reports and present them to stockholders.
Recruit sales agents, provide them with on-the-job training, and set their seasonal objectives. train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Develop individual and regional targets and assign areas/services to team members
Monitor team members’ performance, Coach, and provide ongoing and real-time feedback and suggest corrective actions and plans as needed to all members
Foster a positive culture and workplace environment that is competitive yet collaborative
Technical Competencies :
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Working knowledge of data analysis
Strong knowledge of performance/Sales and vendor management metrics
Good knowledge and skills in organizational structure, processes
Familiarity with budget planning and goal-setting approaches especially OKR and KPI
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Specially in Excel or G-sheets
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Reporting and presentation Skills
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Teaching and instructing Skills
