شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the executive team to develop financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Providing insights and recommendations on financial matters to support strategic decision-making.
Leading the annual budgeting process, including the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial plans.
Conducting regular financial performance evaluations, identifying key trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Preparing Financial Report Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balancing sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks. Identifying potential financial risks, assessing their impact, and implementing appropriate controls and measures to safeguard the financial health of the business.
Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow, including forecasting future cash flow needs, optimizing working capital, and implementing strategies to maximize cash efficiency.
Ensuring efficient financial processes and systems are in place, and identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to legal requirements.
Managing and developing a high-performing finance team. Providing guidance and mentorship to finance staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, including executive management, and C-suits, to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. Building strong relationships with external partners, such as banks, investors, and auditors.
Verifying receipt payment requests from various departments or individuals within the organization, typically in the form of invoices, purchase orders, or expense reports. ensuring that the payment requests comply with internal financial controls, procurement guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards, such as consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and data privacy laws. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to address regulatory requirements.
Developing and updating procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure best practices, compliance, and efficiency. Streamline procurement processes and implement automation solutions where applicable.
Staying updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in finance. Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or having professional certification such as ACCA or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly desirable.
Having at least an IELTS band score of 6.5 is a pulse.
Proven experience 7 years in a senior finance role, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
Strong English knowledge skills
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, revenue streams, and key performance indicators.
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
