شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement SEO strategies aligned with company objectives and vendor interests 
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and setting clear goals to achieve organic growth targets 
  • Oversee the optimization of website content, landing pages, metadata, and other elements to improve organic search rankings 
  • Manage and guide efforts across content, technical SEO, and link-building activities 
  • Develop and execute off-page strategies to enhance backlink profiles and domain authority 
  • Conduct and manage in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeting
  • Utilize keyword analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts 
  • Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to track website performance, keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and user behavior
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure website infrastructure, speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical aspects comply with SEO best practices 
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Content, Design, Development, and Product teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives
  • Analyze data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve SEO performance 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly 
Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO elements including crawlability, site architecture, schema markup, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, structured data, and website performance optimization 
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO and web analytics tools 
  • Understanding of content optimization strategies, content gap analysis, and the ability to guide content creation teams in producing SEO-friendly, and high-quality content 
  • Experience in developing and executing effective link-building strategies 
  • Awareness of mobile SEO best practices 
  • Ability to stay updated with search engine algorithm changes (Google, Bing, etc.) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly
