Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and guide the development team on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values
Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements
Remove any impediments or obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team
Act as a servant leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement within the team
Facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders and other teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Track and report team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders
Promote and advocate for Agile best practices and principles throughout the organization

Requirements:

Solid understanding of software development concepts and practices
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean
Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and continuous integration/delivery
Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Rally
Knowledge of Agile engineering practices, such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and automated testing
Understanding of DevOps principles and the ability to facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams
