Liaise between operation and commercial departments to detect and solve vendor's problem
measuring the experience and satisfaction of vendors and collecting feedback and their opinions
Partnership in harmonizing all vendor-related processes to ensure all processes are aligned and there is no overlap and unnecessary contact points.
Gathering data from different channels for Identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions to improve the vendors' experience.
Use metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity for adoption, experience and performance management.
Blueprinting the processes and flows to initiate projects upon the bottlenecks
Plan and coordinate to implement the identified and other decided and agreed solutions ·
Business process evaluation and process improvement ·
Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and projects compared to KPIs ·
Regular reporting on projects and their progress
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Economics, or other related fields or equivalent related work experience
At least 2 years of hands- on experience related area of specialization.
Work experience in business analysis or related fields is a plus
Ability to design and implement the processes and procedure
Ability to diagnose existing processes and procedures
Solid analytical skills and familiarity with related tools
Familiar with Marketing and Customer relationship management
Good at reporting and presenting
Analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
