Responsibilities:
To assess candidates for recruitment/ transfer/promotion using different HR selection tools or another Competency-based Interview Model.
To ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet Business requirements.
Coordinates the conduct of reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record.
To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
To update Talent Acquisition DBs, Interviews, Employee Family relations, Job Requisitions, to produce accurate reports.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of the most qualified candidates.
To provide inputs to Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager and HRBP in the final stage of recruitment, also offer reports and profiles of recruited staff for Talent Acquisition Manager.
To provide staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offer rejection rate, Interview history, etc. to Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager.
To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in the interview process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related disciplines.
MBA or MA in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment field
Full-cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (Start-up, Software / Engineering-led businesses)
Highly Skilled in competency-based interview
Experienced in full-cycle recruitment process execution
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and KPIs..
