Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects within the contact center, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Follow up with managers and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and identify any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including managers and team members.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
Identify and resolve project-related issues or obstacles by applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
Propose solutions and work with stakeholders to overcome challenges.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
Generate reports on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal customers to ensure effective coordination and successful project implementation.
Collaborate with managers to allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal project performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and best practices within the project and the contact center.

Education:
● A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA or other related fields.

Experience:

Proven track record of successfully working in a challenging work environment, preferably in tech companies
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
