شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects within the contact center, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Follow up with managers and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and identify any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including managers and team members.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues or obstacles by applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Propose solutions and work with stakeholders to overcome challenges.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
  • Generate reports on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal customers to ensure effective coordination and successful project implementation.
  • Collaborate with managers to allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and best practices within the project and the contact center.
Education:
● A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA or other related fields.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully working in a challenging work environment, preferably in tech companies
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
