Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and data visualization
Identify data sources, data quality requirements, and data integration needs
Design and develop data models that align with business and team requirements and enable efficient data retrieval and analysis
Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse or data mart
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the ETL process
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Extract actionable insights from data and present findings to the Strategy team members in a clear and concise manner
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of BI solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals, to ensure alignment and integration of BI solutions

Requirements:

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying, transformation, and manipulation
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data processing and analysis
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and the ability to create compelling visualizations and dashboards
Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
Familiarity with data governance, data security, and privacy practices
