Responsibilities:

Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and advertisements.
Ensure that all copy aligns with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Conduct research to understand the target audience, their preferences, pain points, and motivations, and tailor content accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to develop effective content strategies and campaigns.
Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
Help create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Adapt copy to different marketing channels and platforms, considering the unique requirements of each.
Participate in A/B testing to optimize copy and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Proficiency in storytelling techniques to create narratives that engage and resonate with the audience.
Basic knowledge of data analytics and the ability to use data-driven insights to refine and optimize copy for better performance.
Familiarity with creating copy for various media formats, such as video scripts, podcasts, infographics, and interactive content
Knowledge of conversion optimization principles
