Responsibilities:

Analyze Pricing & Competition: Collect, analyze, and interpret data on Snappfood pricing, competitor offerings, and customer behavior (internal & external sources). Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for competitive advantage.
Develop & Monitor Pricing Strategies: Develop and maintain KPIs (profit margin, CAC, CLV) to assess current pricing effectiveness. Recommend data-driven pricing strategies that balance customer fairness, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Combat Pricing Fraud: Analyze data to identify potential pricing & service usage fraud. Develop & implement preventative measures (alerts, verification) and report on fraud attempts & countermeasures.
Communicate & Collaborate: Generate reports & dashboards to communicate pricing data analysis, competitor insights, and fraud trends to stakeholders (marketing, product development, senior management). Collaborate with all teams to ensure pricing aligns with business goals.
Support Business Strategy: Provide pricing and competitor insights to support the development of short-term and long-term business strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, market research principles, and competitive pricing strategies. Your ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations will be critical to Snappfood's success.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
