Responsibilities:

Ensure all digital service channels (web, app, etc.) are fully optimized to meet key business goals such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and continually improve the end-to-end online customer experience across campaigns in collaboration with the commercial, product, analytics, and communications teams.
Collaborate with UX/CX, product, design, content, and analytics teams to plan and execute conversion tests. Manage the process from hypothesis creation to test execution, including quality assurance (QA) and documentation.
Analyze potential initiatives from strategic, technical, and financial perspectives to ensure high-value projects are prioritized, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Participate in customer events, such as advisory boards, trade shows, and marketing initiatives, to gather insights and shape customer-centric strategies in partnership with marketing and regional teams.

Requirements:

Proficient in interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
In-depth knowledge of optimization techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel analysis to enhance performance.
Demonstrated ability to set clear objectives, track key metrics, and evaluate the success of optimization initiatives.
A solid understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
