Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with existing customers.
Setting SMS, Banners, Notifications and notices for campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries and manage online communities.
Implement A/B tests and other CRO techniques to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Create, curate and optimize engaging content for different digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor email metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to optimize campaign performance.
Ensure that the content aligns with the brand voice and maintains a consistent tone across all channels.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends, using the data to optimize campaigns.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
