شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering roadmap, balancing long-term goals with resource capacity and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Leads to align plans with strategic objectives and ensure efficient release management.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments, promoting cross-functional alignment and workflow optimization.
  • Define and implement growth strategies for the engineering team, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to foster mentoring and support team member development, while guiding conflict resolution and ensuring transparency.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and partner with HR to design development plans and succession paths.
  • Set high-level technical direction, ensuring scalability, code quality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish standards for technical debt management, innovation, and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and modern development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with experience in cloud computing and infrastructure.
