Responsibilities:

Identifying the problems of the vendor operation team and analyzing the cause and planning to solve them
Preparation and analysis of data needed for strategic decisions of operational teams
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
Monitoring the key performance indicators of the vendor’s operation teams in order to provide better service to all vendors.
Have analytical thinking skills and can turn business questions into clear and measurable metrics
Design and review the processes of the team and operational procedures to ensure they are working correctly and provide improvement suggestions.
Identify opportunities for automating work processes and enhancing vendor’s operation team efficiency.
Analyzing the processes of vendor’s operation teams in order to improve weak points
Coordination with other parts of the team and other teams of the organization with the aim of advancing programs and creating better outputs for the organization

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel and Google Sheet
Familiarity with process management (modeling, analysis and process improvement
