Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize fleet utilization and maximizing delivery efficiency.
Analyze delivery data and metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in fleet operation
Collaborate with fleet coordinators, supervisors, and specialists to ensure seamless and efficient delivery processes
Support the design and implementation of processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance cooperation within the team and with other departments
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, Fleet utilization, and customer satisfaction
Implement measures to improve performance metrics and enhance the overall delivery experience
Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance to the Fleet Operations Supervisor and other stakeholder
Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth communication channels between the company and Operation Managers

Requirements:

Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., GPS tracking, routing optimization tools) is a plus
Mastery in MS Office
Knowledge of logistics management
