Responsibilities:

Translating business needs into technical specifications
Own the design, development, and management of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs. As well as ad-hoc lead analysis, troubleshooting
Perform end-to-end deep dive analyses to discover actionable insights for our business stakeholders
Develop scalable and self-serve data solutions to support team projects, automate processes, and accelerate analytics
Periodically identify opportunities to optimize the queries/tools in existing projects
Continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new studies and build new tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or another related discipline
3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or business intelligence
knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting language and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Experirnce with data visualization (SSRS, Tableau, or similar tools)
Familiar with Machine Learning concepts and tools
Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
Ability to use techniques such as regression, data manipulation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing, and econometric models
