شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with Delivery Operation team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
•    Generate and extract data needed for decision making.
•    Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
•    Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
•    Design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions in order to improve performance and reduce costs.
•    Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations.
•    Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses.
•    Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
•    Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments differentiation.

Requirements:
•    At least 2 years of relevant experience and bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
•    Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
•    Expert in working with visualization tools Tableau/ Power BI/ Grafana.
•    Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
•    Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Excel, SQL, python.
•    Understanding data science algorithm and know how to choose and deploy them.
•    Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
•    At least 2 years of relevant experience and bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
•    Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts.
