Responsibilities:
Set clear and motivational team goals and KPIs based on department and organization strategies, and make sure the plans and goals are moving in the right direction
Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance aiming to Monitor the quality of daily teams operation and performance
Plan and organize to achieve OKR defined in the cycle
Provide scope, script and team executive flows and update them
Creating and updating required dashboards in order to monitor important team indicators to make better decisions and required adjustments
Delegate tasks to subordinates and set project deadlines based on the team’s plans and priorities
Review performance, communicate and give feedback on its results to team members about their strengths and improvement areas to motivate and design development plans
Listen to team member feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Requirements:
At least 3 years of hand on experience in customer services
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Experience with organizing training programs
