Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, and facilitating communication between sales representatives.
Confirming the accuracy of weekly zone performance with sales managers.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective communication, provide the necessary information, and support them in achieving their sales targets.
Make monthly sales summaries and update project sales records.
Handle activation team issues, send contracts, and prepare reports on consumables.
Track issues, create performance templates, and inquire about vendors.

Requirements:

Familiarity with project management.
Ability to do sales documentation and good at reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
