Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning Execution:

Collaborate with department and line managers to align business unit plans with strategic objectives
Check the business unit's plans, ensuring proper metrics and initiatives are defined

Communication and Coordination:

Ensuring effective and clear communication of business strategic plans to internal teams
Managing effective reporting of strategic plan progress to board of management and investors
Coordinate strategic meetings to make sure the meeting agenda and presentations format are in line with expectations

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

Track strategic projects KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives, try to resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. And Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of strategy execution
Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, and market dynamics
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
Strategic Planning: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business decisions
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with technology platforms and tools relevant to strategy execution (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Tableau)
