Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of business planners and analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Execution: Oversee the implementation of strategic business plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the business development department and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives against set objectives and market developments.
