Responsibilities:
Partnership in planning, developing, and executing SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and lifecycle.
Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted marketing efforts.
Create and optimize customer journey maps to guide campaigns and customer interactions.
Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, throughout the WEBENGAGE platform.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and other elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.
Responsibility:
Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices.
Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics
Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools.
A passion for customer-centric marketing.
