Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with business development objectives.
Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners (e.g., CEOs or owners of large companies), and key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress and deliverables.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to meet project goals efficiently.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success factors (KSFs), providing regular updates to management and follow-up.
Data Analysis: Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the operations sublayer and actively contribute to driving efficiencies.
Communication: Establish and maintain clear, accurate, and regular communication channels both internally and with external partners.
Setting meetings, following up on projects, and Preparing reports are crucial tasks for this position.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, particularly in business development or operations.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing data-driven insights.
Experience in communicating with external partners and high-level executives.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project and Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs)
Familiarity with business development and operations strategies.
Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Data analysis skills using tools like Excel or data visualization software. (Knowledge of SQL is a plus.)
