Responsibilities:

Implement Designed Processes by the business process team on Jira and other existing systems and platforms
Support issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved
Follow up daily requests from other teams to guide or fix the problems
Training Other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly
Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges and trade-offs to business units

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/ System or other related disciplines
Familiarity with business processes, operations, models and structure
Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
The ability to use Power BI is a plus
Familiar with JQL programming is a Plus
