In this position as a Senior Project Management Specialist, you will be working directly with the CEO, playing a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate CEO-led project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
• Facilitate communication between the CEO, team members and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and information flow
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigating strategies
• Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and create risk mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to project sponsors and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes within the PMO department
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related fields
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
• Additional certifications in project coordination or related areas are a plus
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination and project management role
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
