شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of technology services.
  •  Collaborate with Internet Service providers via tickets or phone.
  •  Conduct regular technology assessments and make recommendations for improvements.
  •  Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  •  Partner closely with our product, Technical and Financial team to deliver issues.
  •  Document Issues and Process.

 Qualifications:

  •  +5 years of experience in a technology operations role.
  •  Technical knowledge and experience with infrastructure technologies.
  •  Experience work with Linux and Microsoft operation systems also as client.
  •  Experience with help desk concepts.
  •  Familiar with VPN solutions and MFA authentication mechanism.
  •  Familiar with maintenance data center hardware and servers.
  •  Familiar with virtualization concepts.
  •  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
